Programmhinweis: Chris Kramer und der "21st Century Blues"
Berni Sundag
Chris Kramer, der in Marl geboren wurde, ist ein sehr freundlicher und leidenschaftlicher deutscher Blues-Künstler, Geschichtenerzähler, Songschreiber, Sänger, Mundharmonika- und Dobrospieler. Wir vom Bluesstammtisch Schüttorf haben ihn zum ersten Mal bei seinem beeindruckenden Auftritt im Heimathaus Wettringen am 15. Februar 2019 mit seiner Band Beatbox'n' Blues, mit der er seit 2015 unterwegs ist, erleben können. Seit dem Treffen in Wettringen stehen unsere beiden Moderatoren der Radiosendung "Blues am Mittwoch" auf der Ems-Vechte-Welle, Gerd Moeken und Winfried Heerbaart, mit Chris in Kontakt, tauschen sich hin und wieder aus und vermitteln sich dann und wann Tipps und Hinweise.
Jetzt haben Chris Kramer & Beatbox'n' Blues (mit Kevin O'Neal und Sean Athens) eine neue CD auf den Markt gebracht mit dem Titel "21st Century Blues". Gerd hat ihn gefragt, ob er in unserer Sendung am 27. Oktober nicht selbst etwas zum aktuellen Album sagen und es unseren geschätzten Hörern vorstellen möchte. Und das hat er getan!
